This month we are proud to recognize Harlee Stork, a second grade student that exemplifies all of our pillars of a graduation. Harlee was chosen because she is a kind and thoughtful classmate. She follows classroom rules, works well with every teacher, and always puts forth her best effort. Harlee stays focused on her learning, completes tasks carefully, and participates actively in class. She is a positive role model and takes pride in her work. Congratulations Harlee!

This month, we are proud to recognize Jason Hoyt, a third grade student that exemplifies all of our pillars of a graduate. Jason was chosen for this award because he is a well-rounded student that communicates openly and clearly with his teachers and peers, is always wanting to help, is a great friend to each student, leads by example, wants to see his classmates do well, and always turns his work in on time and gives it his best effort. Congratulations Jason!

Thank you, Karen Wold, Dave Michelson, Tom Myers, and Anna Svendsen, for allowing our students the opportunity to explore and observe exhibits highlighting Earlville's history and its evolution over time. This month, we are proud to recognize a 12th grade student, Bailey Miller, that exemplifies all of our pillars. This prestigious recognition is awarded to students who consistently demonstrate exceptional dedication to their studies, exemplary behavior, and a positive impact on our school community. Their commitment to academic excellence and active participation in extracurricular activities have not gone unnoticed. Teacher comments include “Bailey does an excellent job of displaying all of the pillars considered as a part of the Portrait of a Graduate. She is always communicating with her fellow classmates, teammates and teachers about what needs to be done either on a sports field, FFA event or in the classroom. Bailey thinks about others in time of need and is always willing to assist to better a situation. She has served and is currently serving in several leadership roles such as class officer and FFA Chapter Reporter. Huge D2E shoutout to our FFA on their last contest! ❤️🤍 Congrats to the Earlville FFA Ag Mech Team on their placings Thursday night at the Section contest. Landen was 3rd in Surveying. Clay was 3rd & JP was 2nd in Ag Power. Scott was 3rd and Isaac won the Welding portion. Since Isaac won he will be representing Section 7 FFA at the State contest on May 7.
