The Jr. High took part in the 2023 school spelling bee this morning. All of the students who participated did a fantastic job. The top 5 spellers were Jeff Peterson, Killian Bickett, Jacey Helgesen, Layna Donahoe, and Allyson Bresser. These 5 will represent our school in the conference spelling bee to be held at our school Tuesday, March 21st. Congratulations to our winner, Jeff Peterson (8th) and the runner-up, Killian Bickett (6th). 🐝 🏅

March Student of the Month:
Huge D2E shoutout to Senior Kaydence Harp, daughter of Brock and Jillian Harp, for being selected as Earlville High School's March Student of the Month. Kaydence was selected based on her academic performance, character, behavior, and effort. Some of the staff comments include- "KK has volunteered to be the statistician for the HS boys basketball team, her effort is very appreciated". Other comments include, "Kaydence is always willing to participate in class. She demonstrates perseverance and a dedication to academic success. Kaydence displays great initiative, responsibility, and trustworthiness as student leader in student council and in Raider Brew. Overall she has a willingness to help the students in Earlville from grades Pre-K through 12. Kaydence is a wonderful part of the community!" She earned a $5 gift card and a preferred parking spot

Huge D2E shoutout to our community! On Friday the teachers completed a scavenger hunt through Earlville. A few highlights include: we all had an AED refresher at the Fire Department, toured the museum & library so we could learn about programs for our students, and traveled around town checking out the businesses ❤️🤍
