The 8th Grade Girls Basketball team lost to Lisbon 18-8.

This message is to inform you that students were in a lockdown for approximately 20 minutes today, January 19, due to a medical issue for an individual in the building. EMS was called to the school. The all clear was given once EMS personnel exited the building. This situation is not related to the medical situation that took place earlier this week.

Huge D2E shoutout to Senior Zach Hall, son of Robert and Nicole Hall , for being selected as Earlville High School's January Student of the Month. Zach was selected based on his academic performance, behavior, effort and social relationships. Some of the teacher comments include-"Zach is an excellent student and a hard worker when it comes to his studies. He is always eager to help and puts in the extra effort to achieve any tasks asked of him. He is consistently present for class and other activities that he has volunteered for. Zach gets along well with his peers and teachers alike and is often the comic relief that a situation calls for. Zach is a joy to be around and I always look forward to having him in class." He earned a $5 gift card, swag bag, and a preferred parking spot.
