Attention Earlville! The Earlville Police Kids Christmas Party will be on Saturday, December 7, from 1-3 pm at the back door to the Fire Station. Santa is expected to be there! We will be serving hotdogs, hot chocolate, and plenty of sweet treats. The kids can tour the fire trucks and ambulance, listen to some Christmas entertainment, gobble up some food, and visit with Santa!

Earlville Jr/Sr High School is pleased to announce that Easton Fruit from the graduating class of 2025 has been designated as Illinois State Scholars. Easton is the son of Nathan and Jenette Fruit.
The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC), the state’s college access and financial aid agency, presents this important recognition of academic achievement to exceptional Illinois high school students annually. This year, more than 17,340 honorees join the other outstanding students who have been honored since the designation was first introduced in 1958.
The Illinois State Scholar acknowledgement is a non-monetary award. Each State Scholar designee receives a congratulatory letter and Certificate of Achievement from ISAC, and can download an official Illinois State Scholar badge to display on their online profiles and social media platforms, as well as share with their high school counselors, colleges, employers, family members and others.

The Junior High Students will be decorating the park this year for the holidays. They are looking for gently used or even new donations of outdoor Christmas decorations. They will also accept monetary donations if you do not have any decorations but would like to donate. Please bring all donations to the school by Friday, November 15th. If you would like to donate, but need us to pick them up from you, please email Mrs. Sweeney at ksweeney@earlville9.org.

Just a reminder Friday 11/1/24 is an 11:18 Early Out! We want to inform you that we will have our annual police drill. If you see a police presence at the school after 12:30 it is because we are working in partnership with the Earlville PD for our drill. No students will be allowed in the main building. The After School Program will remain in the cafeteria during our drill and will not be near the drill.
