The Baseball/Softball double header against Alden Hebron has been canceled for the day. It is rescheduled for May 14th at 430 in Hebron.
Earlville FFA is looking forward to seeing the almost 170 people who RSVPed for the Chapter Banquet on Sunday and seeing the members win some of these prizes!

Huge D2E shoutout and Thank you Mr. Alfonso Valdez for coming to speak with our RUSH (Recent US History) class. The best learning comes from hearing 1st account experiences. Mr. Valdez is a 1991 Desert Storm Veteran. His youngest daughter Evelynn is holding his battalion coin.

Bailey Miller: single, double, 2 RBIs, 3 runs scored
Addie Scherer: 2 singles, 2 RBIs, 1 run scored
Audrey Scherer: double, 3 RBIs, 1 run scored
Riley Kelly: single, 2 RBIs, 2 runs scored
Rylee Hill: single, 2 runs scored
Offensively the Raiders walked 11 times and had 5 batters hit by pitch

Paw Paw School is hosting a volleyball camp this summer through Northern Illinois University. It is a great opportunity to learn from college athletes.

The HS Softball game against Yorkville Christian has changed from 5/12 to 5/13. It will be played in Earlville beginning at 4:30.

Both HS Baseball and Softball both won against West Carroll.
Baseball won 7-3 in 8 innings
Grady Harp went 4-5 with 3 RBIs
Aaden Browder pitched 7 innings with 2 Earned Runs and 8 strikeouts.
Softball won 12-2 in 5 innings.
Pitcher: Addie Scherer: 0 walks 3 Ks
Bailey Miller: single, double, 3 runs scored, 1 RBI
Audrey Scherer: single, double, 2-run homerun, 2 runs scored, 4 RBIs
Addie Scherer: 2 homeruns (solo and a 3 run homerun), 3 runs scored, 4 RBIs
Audrey and Addie had back-to-back homeruns in the 2nd inning. Addie hit her 2nd homerun in the 4th inning.

Online registration is open for the 25/26 school year. Any student who will be in grades 1-5 or 7-12 next year, need to complete online registration by May 1st. Students who will be entering Kindergarten or 6th next year will have to register in the beginning of July and have online registration completed before the start of school. Please contact the school with any questions.
Kindergarten Screenings are April 15th and 17th. If you have an incoming Kindergarten student for the 25/26 school year, and are not in our Preschool Program, please call the office @815-246-8361 ext. 10 to schedule your appt now!
