Cross Country... Monday - Friday 3:30 - 5 (meet at the school- bring your running shoes and mask)

Please read the attached documents regarding lunch in the Fall. If you are remote learning and you would like to participate in lunch please complete the form and return it to the school office by August 11, 2020.
We are also asking for your input on a lunch survey so we can plan the food accordingly. This survey is not mandatory but we would appreciate you taking the time to fill it out.

Dear Families,
Due to the recent rise of COVID-19 cases in LaSalle County, attendees at the July 31, 2020 Earlville graduation ceremonies are now limited to four per graduate. Please use the tickets that have been mailed to each graduate. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this causes. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Thank you to everyone who has filled out the return to school survey. If you have not had an opportunity to fill out the survey indicating whether your child will attend in person or remotely, please do so today. 2020/2021 Earlville CUSD 9 Calendar
Attention SY 20-21 Parents!!
The office will be open limited hours this week to collect any forms for registration for the upcoming year and the last two days to pick up students things left in lockers. We will be open this Tuesday 6/30 and Thursday 7/2 from 9-noon. Please bring in any physicals and registration forms to the front office during that time. If you are unable to make it you can mail the forms to the school Attn: Tiffany Lyons, Earlville School, 415 W Union Street, Earlville, IL. 60518 or email them to tlyons@earlville9.org
Due to State guidelines limiting indoor gatherings to under 50 people, and the inability to maintain social distancing, we regret to announce that Prom, scheduled for August 1, 2020 is cancelled. Reimbursement for tickets is available in the office. Graduation will continue to occur on July 31, 2020 as we will have an outdoor ceremony on the soccer field. Eighth grade and high school will graduate at different times with eighth grade graduation occurring at 4:00 p.m. and high school beginning at 6:00 p.m. Graduates will be seated six feet apart. Each graduate will have four chairs for their family members set up in groups of two, six feet apart. Chairs will be disinfected between ceremonies. Masks are required where proper social distancing cannot be maintained. Graduates will be required to wear masks. Everyone is invited to this event and any member beyond the four reserved chairs set up per family should plan to bring a lawn chair, blanket etc. We will monitor the weather as we approach the event and notify you of accommodations to the event via the live feed and Facebook.
Reminder: School Office is open until noon today 6/25/20 if you need to drop off registration forms or pick up your child’s belongings. Please come to front office for entry! Thanks!!!
