Huge D2E shoutout to Paige Marks for being selected as Earlville High School's December Student of the Month. Paige Marks is the daughter of Pam Marks and is a Senior at Earlville High School. Paige was selected based on her academic performance; including grades, and class participation. Character; displaying trustworthiness, responsibility, and showing respect to peers on and off the field. Teacher comments include, "she is a leader amongst her peers in the classroom, in athletics, and in the FFA." Congratulations Paige, enjoy your $5 Casey's gift card and your preferred parking spot.

Earlville Jr/Sr High School is pleased to announce that 3 students from the graduating class of 2022 have been designated as Illinois State Scholars. Keegan Bottom, son of Michael Bottom and Amy Brajkovic, Elizabeth Browder, daughter of Adam and Carrie Browder, and Brynn Guelde, daughter of Scott and Robyn Guelde are this year's Illinois State Scholars.
The Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC), the state’s college access and financial aid agency, presents this important recognition of academic achievement to exceptional Illinois high school students annually. This year, more than 17,340 honorees join the other outstanding students who have been honored since the designation was first introduced in 1958.
The Illinois State Scholar acknowledgement is a non-monetary award. Each State Scholar designee receives a congratulatory letter and Certificate of Achievement from ISAC, and can download an official Illinois State Scholar badge to display on their online profiles and social media platforms, as well as share with their high school counselors, colleges, employers, family members and others.

D2E Shoutout to the boys HS basketball team as Earlville defeated Hiawatha last night 68-39. Griffin Cook had 27 points, Ryan Browder had 14 points and Garrett Cook had 13 points. Earlville is now 3-3 overall and 2-0 in the conference.
